When you order via our free ordering service (freefone, freefax and freepost) your order will be processed quickly by our sales staff. They are there to help you, as our keywords are customer service.
Stock Range
Our central, large and modern warehouse near Spaghetti Junction, Birmingham, is designed to ensure that we can meet your orders from stock.
Product Choice
We already stock 15,000 quality products. However our buying department is continually seeking out and selecting the best new products to meet your needs in the market place.
Despatch
Our aim is to achieve same day despatch for every order received. Investment in the latest technology helps to ensure your orders are despatched to you correctly and efficiently.
Delivery  
We don't charge you for delivery* and almost all orders will be delivered next day carriage paid.

FREE UK and Europe on orders over £40 (excluding VAT)
£4.95 UK and Europe, on orders £40 and under (excluding VAT)
£4.00 extra for Saturday morning UK delivery, if requested
Timed UK deliveries available on request at extra cost
Outside the UK and Europe, carriage chargeable.

Delivery times in detail
UK mainland (except Scottish Highlands and some other areas) - Parcels, next day (9 am to 5 pm weekdays). Pallets up to 800 kilos, next day. Pallets over 800 kilos, 2/3 days.
Scottish Highlands, UK Islands, some other areas - 2/3 days.
Northern Ireland - next day (9 am to 5 pm weekdays).
Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland - 2/3 days.
Rest of Europe - 2/5 days.
Rest of World - Please enquire.

If faster timed delivery is needed, please enquire as to availability and cost.
