How to order from the BES website

1. Locate a product
You can find products by using the search facility above. Type in a keyword eg. 'Power Drill' and click Search. Alternatively if you know the product number of the item you are looking for then select 'Search by Part Number' from the drop down box and click Search. You can also browse the product sections using the menus icons above.

2. Add an item to your shopping basket
When you have found the item that you require enter a quantity in the 'Qty' box and click 'add to order' this will take you to your shopping basket. Here you will see a list of all the products you are going to purchase.

If you want to buy more products click on 'Continue Shopping' this will take you back to the last page you visited within the catalogue. If you want to remove an item click the corresponding check box and then click 'Update Order'. If you want to increase the quantity of an item enter the new quantity in the 'Qty' box and click 'Update Order'.

When you are happy with your order click the 'Go to Payment Page' button.

3. Login page
You will now be asked to login, if you have never registered on the BES site you must click new user and complete the form. If you have previously registered on the BES site then enter your email address and password and click 'Login'

4. Checkout page
After logging in you will be taken to the checkout page, here you can review the contents of your shopping basket and verify your delivery details. When you are satisfied with your order click 'Proceed to Payment Page'

5. Payment Page
Choose how you would like to pay for your order. You will then be taken to the secure area.

6. Secure Area
Verify your personal details and if you chose to pay by credit card enter you card details carefully. Once you are satisfied that everything is correct click submit.

7. Order Complete
Your order has now been sent to BES, you can print a copy of your order summary for your records.
