 | Cooksafe PGCS003 is a gas pressure and ventilation proving system for use in
commercial kitchens. It features CE approved control panel, pressure transmitter and
fan pressure switch, constant monitoring for low gas pressure, isolation of gas if the
ventilation fan fails, simple installation and commissioning, removable key switch for
security and emergency cut-off switch as standard. Assists with kitchen approval to
BS 6173 : 2009, low power consumption. Can be used on Natural Gas or LPG. LED
status indicators, and connections to gas supply safety shut-off valve. Unit must be
used with an EN 161 : 2002 approved solenoid or electro-hydraulic gas safety shut-off
valve.
