THERMOSTATIC BASIN MIXER TAP

The sequential thermostatic basin mixer tap is designed for use within domestic and commercial applications. Easy to grip and operate handle, by hand or wrist, makes it suitable for sheltered accommodation, residential homes and domestic situations. Meets requirements of HTM64, 2027 and 2040. Anti-scald and TMV3 approved. For use on high or low pressure systems. Temperature pre-set to 41°C maximum, but can be altered. No need for premixed water. Flows cold to hot. Cartridge technology and above basin servicing. Chrome finish. Suppplied with flexible inlet connectors.

Infra Red Tap

Infra red controlled solenoid valve. Brass. 9V battery included in the body of the tap. Battery life approximately 4 years with 150 operations per day.

Electronic Tap

PERFECT TIME is an electronic time controlled basin mounted tap operated by a touch top piezo switch, allowing user to turn on and off, and is self closing, factory preset at 20 seconds. The time is adjustable by the installer. Can be used with cold or premixed water. Solid brass construction, chrome plated finish and battery powered. Complete with tap attachments, filter, battery box, batteries and 2 mm allen key.
