Domestic Angle Meter Regulators

A6N Mesura regulator designed for low pressure domestic meter applications. PRS3 approved. This product is suitable for installation onto G4, U6, SC6 and E6 meters. Brass meter adaptors and washers must be purchased separately.
Operating temperature range: -20 to 70°C.
Maximum inlet pressure : 75 mbar.
Outlet pressure: 22 mbar.
Maximum flow rate : 6 m³/hour (Natural Gas).
Inlet/outlet : 3⁄4" BSP female.

Angle type regulators designed for low pressure domestic meter applications. Conforms to PRS/3E, and is in accordance with BS EN 88. This product is suitable for installation onto G1.6, G2.5, G4, U6 and E6 meters. Brass meter adaptors and washers must be purchased seperately.
Operating temperature range: -20 to 70°C.
Maximum inlet pressure (Meter application): 75 mbar (30" wg).
Outlet pressure: 12-25 mbar (5"-10" wg).
Maximum flow rate (ref. PRS3): 6 m³/hour (Natural Gas).

The standard unit is supplied with the outlet pressure set and sealed at 21 mbar. Adjustment is possible by breaking the seal and, using a screwdriver, turning the spring load adjuster under the top cap. Threads are BSP taper female to BS 21 (ISO 7-1). For Natural Gas only.

Safe Domestic Meter Regulators With UPSO

These regulators are similar to P/N 6281 with an additional feature, an under pressure cut-off valve. This will close down an installation if the gas pressure drops below the set value. It will automatically reset if the supply is reinstated and all taps and pilot lights are off. If any taps or pilots are on, resetting will not occur.

Outlet Pressures: P/N 6340 set and sealed at 21 mbar.
UPSO set point: P/N 6340 set at 15 mbar.

Appliance/Pilot Regulators

Suitable for domestic appliance and pilot applications. May be installed in horizontal or vertical pipework. Approved to BS EN 88 (Class A Group 2) and meet the essential requirements of the European Gas Appliance Directive (90/396/EEC).

Operating temperature range: -20 to 70°C.
Maximum inlet pressure: 100 mbar (40" wg) above outlet pressure.
Outlet pressure: 5-17.5 mbar (2"-7" wg). The outlet pressure may be easily adjusted by turning the spring loading adjustment screw under the top cap.
Threads: 1/4" and 3/8" BSP parallel female to BS 21 (ISO 7-1).
1/2" BSP taper female to BS 21 (ISO 7-1).

Commercial/Industrial Regulators

Suitable for a wide range of commercial and industrial applications. May also be used for domestic meter service applications, with inlet pressures up to 75 mbar (30" wg), complying with British Gas specification. May be installed in horizontal or vertical pipelines. Meet the essential requirements of the European Gas Directive (90/396/EEC).

Operating temperature range: -20 to 70°C.
Maximum inlet pressure: 350 mbar (5 p.s.i.).
Outlet pressure: The regulators are supplied as standard fitted with the BLACK springs (P/N 6296 listed below) giving the following outlet pressures: 1/2" and 3/4" regulators; 15-23 mbar (6"-9" wg). 1" regulators; 20-24 mbar (8"-9" wg). If you require a different outlet pressure range, please order the spring you need in addition to the regulator. The outlet pressure may be easily adjusted within the stated range by turning the spring loading adjustment screw under the top cap.
Threads: BSP taper female to BS 21 (ISO 7-1).
