THROUGH-WALL FITTINGS
Through-wall Fittings - Above-ground

Above-ground through-wall fittings which allow the riser to be close to the wall. The fittings are steel, with integral screw down stopper for outside safety shut-off. Fitted with polyethylene cladding and external grommet ; supplied with copper crimp sleeve and star washer. The end of the external pipe has a 3/4" or 1" BSP male thread, as listed below. The connection to the MDPE pipe is crimped and requires a crimping tool. GBE/PL3 approved.

ANTI-SHEAR SLEEVES

For an MDPE connection to steel pipe to meet British Gas plc specification BG/PS/PL3 an anti-shear sleeve must be fitted to the MDPE joint. The sleeves are 250 mm long; P/N 9850 is suitable for 20 mm MDPE pipe, P/N 9851 is suitable for 25 mm and 32 mm MDPE pipe. For Natural Gas and LPG.
