TESTO 312-1 DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE & TEMPERATURE GAUGE

TESTO 312-1 is a complete service instrument for checking and adjusting gas pressure, flow/return temperature and for ionization current measurement. Differential pressure test gauge for gas heating systems (hPa, mbar, mm H2O,°C, °F) including alarm display, automatic adjustment prior to measurement and switchable precision measuring ranges with high resolution. DVGW approved. 9 V battery included.

TESTO 510 DIGITAL MANOMETER

The TESTO 510 gives a differential pressure measurement range of 0 to 100 mbar, with temperature compensation. Fitted with magnetic base for hands-free instrument mounting. Flow velocity measurement with pitot tube and air density compensation. Complete with wrist strap, belt holder, protective cap and batteries. Pressure hose not supplied with instrument.

Water Gauges

Resilient plastic gauges with high impact PVC case and cover. Unbreakable PVC tube. Supplied with a short length of rubber hose, except P/N 13049 (which is supplied without hose), and P/N 9404 which is supplied with 48" of red food grade hose. All gauges will hang. All will stand on their cover except P/N 6905. P/N 13049 and 9404 will freestand only with a weight on the cover.

High Specific Gravity Fluid Gauge

The 48" water gauge above is 48" high. A more manageable gauge is obtained by using high specific gravity fluid; this reduces the height to 24" whilst still giving the 48" (120 mbar) range. Trap tubes in chambers prevent loss of fluid from spillage. A 25cc bottle of fluid is included with the gauge to make up small evaporation losses. The fluid has a specific gravity of 1.99 and is blue.

Hose

9.5mm (3/8") outside diameter, 1.6mm (1/16") wall thickness. Tolerances to BS 3734-1:1997. For low pressure use only. Black is suitable for Natural Gas and LPG. Red is suitable for air, for example on manometers. Click here for LPG high pressure hoses and low pressure hoses.
