BES have brought together the main ingredients for completing a gas appliance safety check-all neatly contained in a tool-box.
Ideal for the CORGI registered gas installer or a team of service engineers and a must for the newly qualified engineer.

These essential products come suitably arranged in a robust and durable 20" tool-box, allowing the engineer to complete the safety checks in a professional and tidy manner.

The kit is available in two forms:
P/N 7696 is for use with Natural Gas, having a 12" U gauge included in the tool-box.
P/N 12518 is for use by LPG engineers. Instead of the 12" U gauge it is supplied with a 24" U gauge.
This does not fit inside the box.

PH SMOKE PELLETS

PH smoke pellets which produce non-toxic and non-acidic smoke.
The pellets are non-explosive.
Oxides of sulphur are not formed.
5 gm pellet: 30 seconds burn time, 7m3 of smoke.
13 gm pellet: 40 seconds burn time, 18m3 of smoke.

PH & HAYES UK ENCAPSULATED SMOKE PELLETS

PH smoke pellets (8 gm each). The pellets are coated to make them clean to handle. Each pellet burns for about 60 seconds giving a smoke volume of 24 cubic metres. Manufactured in the UK under ISO 14001 quality assurance. Comply with BS 5440-1.

HAYES UK encapsulated smoke pellets. Supplied in resealable plastic packs, or tubs. Grey or orange smoke.
3 gm pellet: about 45 second burn time, 8m³ of smoke.
9 gm pellet: about 60 second burn time, 25m³ of smoke.
