PIGTAIL ASSEMBLIES FOR PROPANE

High pressure black hose to (and marked) BS 3212 : Type 2. 6.3 mm i.d., 15.5 mm o.d., 20 bar working pressure, 69 bar burst pressure. A self adhesive advisory label is attached to every hose. White labels for those fitted with full non-return/excess flow valve fittings and a yellow label for other assemblies. Some assemblies available with rodent proof galvanised multi-plait overbraid. S/T indicates straight through and N/R indicates a non-return/excess flow valve.

HANDWHEEL PIGTAIL ASSEMBLIES FOR PROPANE

Quickfit hoses are fitted with handwheel nuts on each POL connection. This enables the hose to be connected without the aid of a spanner. Hose assembly, 6.3 mm inside diameter BS 3212: 1991 Type 2 approved hose, swaged both ends with ferrules. POL nose is rubber tipped to ensure a gas tight seal by hand. 17.5 bar working pressure, 75 bar burst pressure.

S/T indicates straight through and N/R indicates a non-return/excess flow valve.

Upgrade hoses for use with existing and new cylinder installations. Manufactured to EN 10380: 2003, date tagged and comes with spare EN 549: 2003 W20 washers. S/T indicates straight through and N/R indicates a non-return/excess flow valve. All hoses are stainless steel braided with clear a PVC cover.
