AUTOMATIC CUT-OFF VALVE

Automatic cut-off valve for use with propane or butane. Quick acting quarter turn shut-off. Must be placed in gas line between regulator and appliance. Detects loss of pressure or excess flow. Cuts off gas supply to appliance automatically and can only be re-set manually. A cut-off valve of this type is mandatory on all British fishing vessels over 10 metres long using LPG. 3/8" BSP connections.

1/4" SOLENOID OPERATED GAS SAFETY SHUT-OFF VALVES

12 V DC or 240 V AC. 1/4" BSP for LPG or Natural Gas. Normally closed valve which is held open by electric current. Power interruption closes the valve; power supply opens the valve. It can be electrically connected to an alarm system and/or a knock-off switch. May be mounted in any orientation, provided direction of flow agrees with arrow on body.

QUICK RELEASE NOZZLE

By sliding back a knurled collar, the hose end is released. Different appliances may be used from the one socket by buying spare nozzles. Maximum 16 bar pressure. COMPRESSION NUTS
For PVC Covered Copper Tube

WADE brass compression nuts for PVC covered copper tube, widely used in the leisure and commercial boat industry. An 'O' ring inside the nut presses against the outside of the PVC covering to provide a seal. These nuts may be used with standard Wade compression bodies and olives.
These are shown above (metric) and in the Pipe Fitting section (imperial).
When using, confirm that the copper tube and PVC outside diameters agree with the figures below, and strip back the PVC sheath by the length shown below.
