Tankmaster

Four-in-one level gauge designed to comply with BS 799-2:1991. For fitting to steel or plastic oil heating storage tanks (adaptors available for plastic tanks see below). Eliminates the need for a separate gate valve, level gauge, filter, fire valve and a number of pipe fittings. Will run two boilers provided combined flow does not exceed 8 gallons/hour.
SPECIFICATION :
Oil take off : either right or left hand
Gauge length : to suit tank depth
Sight tube : clear P.V.C.
Sight tube shield : rigid P.V.C.
Sight tube assembly : detachable
Oil level valve : pull to read, (self closing)
Fire valve : automatic over temperature shut off
Oil line outlet : 10 mm copper compression
Oil flow rate : up to 36 litres per hour (8 gallons per hour)
Tank connection : 1/2" BSP
Filter : replaceable when boiler is serviced (not washable)
Construction :

body-die cast zinc alloy, filter bowl-plated steel.

Sight Gauges

These gauges give a clear reading of tank contents. Unbreakable sight tube supplied in lengths to suit tank depth. Fitted with a self-closing valve designed to comply with BS 799 Part 2. The unit has been accepted by major oil companies.

The Apollo ultrasonic oil tank and monitoring system enables the user to check the oil level in a tank at a glance. The unit will easily fit all plastic or steel tanks up to 3 metres in height, no probe necessary. Oil Electronic Tank Liquid Level Monitor

The WATCHMAN Niveau is an electronic monitor that allows you to check the level inside your oil storage tank from inside your office or home. A probe is fitted into the oil tank, which senses the level of oil. Its small transmitter (battery supplied) sends this information out by regular radio signals up to 1,000 metres away. The Watchman receiver is plugged into an electrical mains socket and the visual display shows liquid level. The remaining volume is shown in tenths and a red light pulses when the level is low. Supplied complete with 1.62 m long probe which can be cut to size, and a small battery-powered transmitter.

Petro-Gage
The “Petro-gage” is a water gauging paste that shows the depth of water under oil and petroleum products in storage tanks. Used with a dipping rod, the paste is smeared on the lower end then inserted into the tank. A colour change indicates depth of water under the spirit.
