CLASS O ARMAFLEX

Armaflex is a flexible, closed cell, elastometric, nitrile rubber insulation. It is a highly efficient method of insulating hot and cold water services, chilled water lines, heating systems, air conditioning ductwork and refrigeration pipework for frost protection, energy conservation and condensation control. Armaflex is dust, fibre and CFC free with an ODP of zero which means an environmentally friendly product. P/Ns 14927 to 14946 supplied in 2m lengths. P/Ns 14947 to 14960 supplied in various coiled lengths.

CLASS O ARMAFLEX SELFSEAL

Armaflex selfseal is a closed cell, elastomeric, nitrile rubber insulation, with in-built anti-microbial protection, fully slit along each length with double sided adhesive tape pre-applied to each open slit. Built in vapour barrier prevents condensation. It is a highly efficient method of insulating hot and cold water services, chilled water lines, heating systems; outdoor applications require special paint finish for frost protection.

FAN COIL ASSEMBLIES - PAMET

PAMET braided fan coil flexible connectors can be used for the final connection to fan coil units. They are manufactured to reduce possible vibration and offer a high degree of flexibility allowing misalignment of pipework.

SPECIFICATION :
Hose :	PAMET stainless steel 321 annular corrugated and a single stainless steel AISI 304 external wire braid.
End connections :	Manufactured in carbon steel.

FAN COIL HOSE ASSEMBLIES - HYDRAQUIP

HYDRAQUIP fan coil hoses /anti-vibration hoses suitable for all plumbing and heating applications. The lining is non-toxic, suitable for drinking water in commercial and domestic applications. InsulClip

InsulClip has been developed to allow installation of air conditioning and refrigeration and plumbing pipework together with any required insulation material of either 9 mm or 13 mm thickness, and also electrical conduit of 20 mm and 25 mm. It allows an unbroken vapour barrier seal which eliminates sweating on metal fittings where VRV systems are installed. Fit standard 41 mm wide channel.

To establish the correct clip size add any insulation thickness to the pipe outside diameter before selecting inside diameter for the clip.

Studding Clips

RPC ® studding clips are quick and simple to use, fitting conventional 8 mm and 10 mm threaded rod. The 10 mm clips also fit a 3/8 " US standard thread. NOTE that studding is not supplied with clips.
