Commercial ‘Pre-Rinse’ Spray System

AQUAJET allows the commercial kitchen operators to 'pre-rinse' soiled plates prior to loading into the dishwashers. Due to the abuse the equipment takes there is a need for high quality and heavy duty robust component parts in the construction of these systems.

Key areas include heavy duty cross head taps, spray gun with protection buffer, stainless steel braided inner hose protecting the hose from splitting in use, and an outer support spring.

The system features chrome plated construction, insulated gun handle, adjustable gun hook, bonded hose end fittings reducing the possibilities of breakage, adjustable wall bracket, bowl filling faucet option with a variety of swivel spouts, all metal male threaded U.K. water connections.

Spray gun, hoses, etc.. are generally interchangeable with other manufacturers’ (T & S or DIEPAT) components.

PLEASE NOTE: Hot and cold water supplies must be balanced, with an operating pressure between 1.5 bar and 5 bar. A water pressure below 1.5 bar will affect the performance of the pre-rinse.

EcO water saving spray gun P/N 20144 delivers up to 2.75 litres of water per minute at a minimum water pressure of 2 bar.
P/Ns 20145 to 20150 are pre-assembled and factory tested to 6 bar.

Aquajet Wall-mounted, Single Feed Pre-rinse Sprays
Aquajet wall mounted pre-rinse sprays are factory assembled and tested, with ½" BSP inlet valve and a hose that extends from 800 to 1120 mm with restraining device. P/N 18233 Aquajet AJ-PR50W has a spray gun with water-saving face plate which uses less than 6 l/min. at 4 bar.

OPTIONAL BOWL FILLING FAUCETS

When adding a faucet to a pre-rinse system the overall height will increase by 150 mm. To ensure spray gun is at the optimum height a 350 mm Riser Tube (P/N 13796 see below ) should be purchased to replace the 500 mm supplied with the pre-rinse system or in an existing system.
