Dry Pressure Test Gauge
Suitable for pressure-testing water, air, gas and oil pipes up to 60 p.s.i.. Ideal for dry-testing combi systems. Especially useful when testing push-fit pipes and fittings, also for testing underfloor heating pipework for damaged piping. Supplied fitted with a 15mm push-fit connection. 0 - 4 bar and 0 - 60 p.s.i. scales.

Pressure & Flow Kit

The kit comprises three separate pieces of equipment.

0 - 10 bar water pressure gauge with 54 mm dial, brass fittings and rubber tap connector to fit most taps (supplied with safety chain). ABS flow measure with dual scale, 2.5 to 22 litres and 1/2" to 5 gallons per minute.
Dry pipe test gauge with 0 to 4 bar dial fitted with drag pointer.


Uses 15 mm Speedfit connector. Fitted with Schraeder valve for pressurisation. All suitably fitted in a sturdy carrying case.

Weir Gauges (Flow Meters)

 
Used for measuring water flow rates.
Useful when setting up combination boilers to help adjust the flow to the correct rate per minute.
When water flows through the gauge, the flow rate is measured off the calibrated slot.
Calibrated 0.5 to 5 gallons and 2.5 to 22 litres per minute.

Hydraulic Test Pump
       
HILMOR light, portable and compact 50 bar test pump for leak testing in water pipe systems (a test is recommended for all pressurised plastic pipe plumbing and central heating applications). The test is carried out with the system full of water.
Not suitable for gas pipe testing because water must be used.
Robust powder-coated steel construction, with easy-fill reservoir and in-built carrying handle.

Pump Head Adaptor

The FERNOX powerflow pump head adaptor allows easy connection of power flushing machines to central heating systems via the body of the circulator pump. Also allows for cleaning of secondary heat exchangers without dismantling the boiler. Useful for combination/ condensing boilers with in-built circulators.
