URINAL FLUSH CONTROL VALVES
CISTERMISER hydraulic valves are an economical and effective way to save water. They are normally closed and open as changes in the water supply pressure occur due to other services (on the same supply) being used. The basic idea is that the urinals are only flushed if there are people using them, thereby using less water than if the flushing is on a regular timed basis. All three models have an adjustable 'open' time to cater for different user groups.


Standard, for a ‘head’ greater than 5m

For mains-fed water supplies or tank-fed systems with a 'head' greater than 5 m above the urinal cistern. In buildings where occupancy is irregular the valve can be fitted with the 'hygiene flush' attachment so that a flush occurs at least once in 24 hours during non-occupancy. Threads : 1⁄2" BSPF.

Low Pressure, for a ‘head’ between 3 and 5 m

The low pressure valve offers the same features as the standard but is suitable for tank-fed supplies with a ‘head’ between 3 - 5 m. The valve can also be supplied with the ‘hygiene flush’ option. Threads : 1⁄2" BSPF.

High Sensitivity Low Pressure, for a ‘head’ between 0.5 and 3m

The HSLP valve is only suitable for tank-fed systems with a ‘head’ between 0.5 m - 3 m above the cistern. The HSLP is not available with the ‘hygiene flush’ attachment, if this facility is required refer to the IRC valve below. Threads : 1⁄2" BSPF.

Infra Red Valve with P.I.R. Sensor and Ceiling Mounting Kit

For maximum flexibility the IRC valve is suitable for a range of supply pressures and does not require the use of other water services to operate. Features include ‘hygiene flush’ cycle, flow control and power options. Mains or battery operated. 4 x 1.5 V recommended batteries will last up to 3 years. (Batteries are not included.) 15 mm compression connections.

A P.I.R. sensor ceiling mounting kit is included. It has been designed to be recessed into a suspended ceiling. A manual push-button provides a self-test sequence. When operating with batteries a warning light indicates low power.

Infra-Red Urinal Flush Valves
The CISTERMISER direct flush infra-red sensor controlled urinal valve requires no cistern, and only flushes urinal bowl after use. Vandal resistant with concealed valve, adjustable flush duration, multiple and flexible installation options, mains and battery powered options. Direct Flush ‘Discreet’ Infra-red Sensor
