LOFT LADDERS
2 Section

TITAN aluminium 2 section loft ladders are specially designed with interlocking sliding sections and large flat top rungs for comfort and safety. Heavy duty pivot arm to control safe lowering of ladder from loft and the height of the ladders can be simply adjusted. The ladders are factory assembled and complete with all fixings, trap door hinges, auto latch, pole and hook.

Telescopic

Telesteps® loft ladder is a compact unit supplied ready assembled for easy fitting. It fits the majority of hatch sizes and has simple height adjustment. Lightweight aluminium construction. Supplied complete with fittings.

Painters

TITAN Trade aluminium Painters' steps are manufactured to the British Standard, kitemarked and feature rectangular box section legs for extra strength and rigidity, large top tread 120 mm (5"), 80 mm (3.5") wide serrated non-slip step treads, locking stays and rubber feet fitted all round. BS 2037 Class 1 - Industrial duty rating 130 Kg (20.4 stones) - licence KM 1 4202.

Adjustable

This Titan "TIGER" fully adjustable, telescopic step and ladder can be used as a double sided step, stairway ladder or extension ladder.

The 4 x 4 rung step height can be adjusted from 1.15m (3' 9") to 1.96m (6' 6") and the ladder height can be adjusted from 2.37m (7' 9") to 4.09m (13' 2"). All aluminium construction plus titanium anodised inner section for smooth sliding operation. 3Pin® auto locking hinge and BigFeet®. EN131 Trade Duty Rating 150 Kg (23.6 stone).
