How much is delivery?

Orders over £50 (excluding VAT) qualify for free delivery within the UK. Orders under £50 (excluding VAT) will incur a delivery charge of £4.95 plus VAT.

I need my order urgently, do you offer a next day service?

We offer a next day delivery service available for mainland UK if ordered by 9pm Monday – Friday, for countries outside of the UK please refer to the table above.

Can I track my delivery?

You will receive a tracking number and courier information as soon as your item has been dispatched, which will be sent to the email and telephone number provided

How long will delivery take?

Our typical delivery times, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays can be found in the table above.

While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to various factors, such as product availability. We cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control.

If we cannot meet this timeframe, we'll notify you. You'll then have the option to cancel the order, and we'll refund you within 30 days.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

For delivery outside the UK, please contact us. Please note that there are some countries to which we cannot deliver.

What will happen on the day of delivery?

You will receive your delivery timeline prior to your delivery, on the day of the delivery the driver will arrive with your items and a delivery note to be signed upon receipt. Your order may be delivered in instalments in certain cases but we will try to keep you updated if this is the case.

Please Note: We will not be liable for unloading goods, unless prior agreement has been made.

Can I make alternative delivery arrangements?

If you prefer delivery through means other than our usual couriers, any all arrangements and additional charges incurred will be your responsibility.

If one or more items is damaged or missing from your order, please contact as soon as possible and we will try our best to get it resolved.

  • A delivery timeframe will be provided once the order has been received, paid and dispatched. You will be notified through your selected contact preferences of your expected delivery date.
  • Please be aware the delivery date relies on promptly receiving all required information, final instructions, or approvals from the customer. Any delays or changes made by the customer in design, specifications, or required quantities may cause delivery delays.
  • We aim to deliver your goods within the estimated timeframe; however, this is not guaranteed as delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances which are out of our control. Should this be the case, we will aim to update you as soon as possible. We won't be held liable for compensation or contract cancellation if we fail to meet the agreed delivery time for any reason. Furthermore, customers cannot claim that timely delivery is crucial to the contract.
  • We reserve the right to consider the entire contract or part thereof as repudiated by the customer If the customer fails to accept delivery or make payment for any instalment of goods delivered under the contract.
  • We'll try to accommodate reasonable requests to postpone delivery but aren't obligated to do so. If delivery is postponed for reasons not caused by us, the customer must cover all related costs, including storage and transportation charges, and adhere to our payment conditions.
  • All goods will be delivered on a curb-side delivery, we are not responsible for unloading goods at the designated delivery point or placing them on-site.
  • For certain items, delivery by installments may be required. In this case each delivery is considered as a separate contract.
  • Unless specifically agreed upon in writing, delivery will be considered complete once the goods leave either the company's or suppliers’ premises.
  • Any delivery notes provided must be signed by or on behalf of the customer on receipt of the Goods.
