BLUE ROD® is a registered trade mark branded ‘BAILEY’ and are respected quality products. The 1" rod is fitted with universal couplings. This couplings are quick to do up and undo, but must be rotated in a clockwise direction in use. The thread is coarse and can cope with a certain amount of dirt. The traditional length is 3 feet, longer lengths can be used, but there may be a loss of rigidity that a coupling at 3 foot intervals gives.
