Inta Zero Anti-freeze Valve - 28mm Compression

The Inta Zero Anti-Freeze Valve is the most reliable solution for protecting your heat pump system from freezing temperatures, compliant with Building Regulations Part L. It is specifically designed to react to water temperature in the heat pump circuit, it operates independently of ambient temperature, ensuring accurate and efficient performance.

To eliminate negative impacts from low ambient temperatures, it positions the sensing element directly in the system water flow. This design ensures the valve discharges water only when necessary and thanks to the protective ring, it prevents system debris from clogging the valve, enhancing its reliability.

The double O-rings and reduced surface friction treatment on the operating member, ensuring consistent and correct operation over time.

The valve discharges water only when the system temperature drops to 3°C and is unaffected by ambient temperature changes. It can be used with our pre-cut insulation jackets that shields the device from ambient air temperature fluctuations, whilst maintaining correct operation and discharge water at the appropriate temperature.

The patented F1 type technology ensures smooth, reliable operation with a frictionless operating piston coated in Nickel and PTFE preventing friction from affecting the piston, ensuring the valve functions perfectly when needed. Additionally, the patented anti-drip outlet nozzle prevents freezing during a system discharge by allowing all water to exit freely.

Featuring swivel connections for installations with limited space, allowing direct fitting onto heat pump.

The optional Inta Zeroguard enables parallel installation of anti-freeze valves without the need to offset, as it protects the anti-vacuum valve on the return. It also fully protects from ingress of dust, dirt, leaves and insects to allow air to flow freely and quickly into the valve should the system ever need to purge.
