The Itron MZ100B Quantometer Gas Meter with a 2” DN50 valve is turbine meter designed for use with Natural Gas and LPG which stands as an efficient solution, crafted to meet the stringent requirements of IGEM/UP/2. With a remarkably low pressure drop, this meter ensures compliance while offering optimal performance.

Equipped with two Reed switches as a standard feature for pulse output, this meter goes a step further by incorporating a cyble target for pulse output measurement, facilitated by the optional cyble sensor P/N 21885. The versatility of this meter extends to its connectivity options, allowing it to be seamlessly integrated with a remote display or Building Management System (BMS). With a mechanical display on the meter for a straightforward clear reading.

Engineered with durability in mind, the meter boasts an IP67 rating, rendering it suitable for both internal and external installations. It is adaptable to vertical or horizontal positioning, and the index assembly is designed to be rotatable, providing flexibility in installation configurations. However, it is crucial to shield the meter from direct weather influences to maintain its optimal functionality.

Boasting an impressive level of accuracy. With a margin of error specified at ±1.5%, this meter delivers reliable measurements across its entire flow range, spanning from Qmin to Qmax. This includes a capacity of 100 m³/h with a maximum operating pressure of 16 bar and a pulse rate of 1 per 0.1m³, ensuring sufficient monitoring for commercial or industrial application.

With a working temperature of -30°c – 60°c and made out of a ductile iron, this compact form factor with 60mm face to face measurement is an excellent solution for most commercial or industrial boilers, heaters, furnaces or other major Natural Gas or LPG consumer systems.
