Welcome to the BES November newsletter as 2020 continues to be a very strange year for one and all. BES hope that you all continue to stay safe and thank you for your continued support.

2020 has proven to be a year that we will never forget due to COVID and the global pandemic and one that has presented challenging conditions for us all.

Throughout the pandemic at BES we have maintained a positive ‘business as usual’ attitude without jeopardising the safety of our employees or customers. Our next day delivery service has continued despite extremely tough conditions, in part due to our long standing relations with our courier network. This has ensured that our excellent service levels have not dropped.

2020 has also seen many changes and improvements at BES. One significant improvement was the further development of the BES website.

Having listened to customer feedback we recognize that making the user experience as ‘user friendly’ as possible is very important. This is why our shopping basket has been improved. The BES website responsiveness has also been improved when using mobile devices.

The ultimate aim is to make our web user experience as easy as possible. Even very minor changes can make a big difference and this is why our team constantly update the site visually. Also behind the scenes the website will continue to evolve!

July saw the launch of our latest catalogue. As ever it was well received and continues to be a unique and valuable tool within the industry.
