JG Speedfit Spreader Plate - 390mm x 250mm
Spreader plates 390 mm wide are fitted over traditional joists and fixed in place using a hand stapler. The 165 mm wide spreader plate is used with composite joists and is fixed from below. Insulation should be added to the void below the plates to minimise downward heat loss.
