Equipped with an LCD display, the turbine provides real-time readings for rate, total flow going as low as 15 m3/h, and reset total. The display also includes the option for Pressure & Temperature correction, enabling the representation of gas flow in standard conditions. The accuracy of the turbine is maintained at an impressive 1% volume at full scale, ensuring precise measurement across the entire flow range.
Operated by a long-lasting 7-year lithium battery, this gas meter offers the convenience of battery-powered operation, minimizing the need for frequent maintenance. Additionally, the inclusion of pulse output with low-frequency and high-frequency options further enhances the flexibility.
The 3" Flanged Digital Gas Flow Turbine is suitable for a wide range of gases, including Natural Gas, LPG, Nitrogen and Air. This function facilitates the conversion of measured actual gas flow to gas flow at specific temperature and/or pressure conditions for display. This is particularly valuable as gas volume changes in response to variations in temperature and pressure.
The meter is ideal for monitoring gas consumption by boilers, burners, furnaces, etc. and is for indoor use only to measure natural gas, LPG, nitrogen or air. Can be mounted vertically or horizontally (Note: left to right flow is required for horizontal mounting). VELOCITY: Meter reads in cu.m/h the gas velocity can be calculated using the internal diameter of the pipe. PURGING: Instantaneous flow rate reading checks that the purge flow rate is continually above the recommended minimum.
