When I collect my order, where do I go?
Goods can be collected 30 minutes from placing your order. Our collection point is located to the rear of our premises.

What do I need to bring with me?

Order Reference
Your order reference can be found on the order confirmation email.
Identification
The following forms of identification will be permitted when collecting your order from BES.
Debit/Credit Card Payment
The card you used to purchase your order.
Photo ID
Such as a Driving Licence or Passport (the name must match the name used during section on the order).
Company I.D
Some form of proof of employment for the business you are collecting for.
How long will BES hold my order for?
Your order will be held for 5 working days
