What COVID precautions are in place?
We would like to reassure visitors using the Click & Collect service that staff at BES follow social distance guidelines and wear face covering at all times.
To safegaurd our staff and to be able to continue to offer this service, please do not use Click & Collect if:-
- You are currently isolating, are in quarantine or have received a positive on inconclusive PCR test result.
- You have any of the following symptoms,
- Continuous cough.
- High temperature.
- Loss of smell and taste.
- If you have returned from a Red or Amber listed country or teritory within the last 10 days.
When I collect my order, where do I go?
Goods can be collected 1 hour from placing your order. Our collection point is located to the rear of our premises.

What do I need to bring with me?

Order Reference
Your order reference can be found on the order confirmation email.
Identification
The following forms of identification will be permitted when collecting your order from BES.
Debit/Credit Card Payment
The card you used to purchase your order.
Photo ID
Such as a Driving Licence or Passport (the name must match the name used during section on the order).
Company I.D
Some form of proof of employment for the business you are collecting for.
