We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, here's what you need to know about returning your items

Hassle-Free Returns Within 30 Days

You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to return your items. Whether you've changed your mind, incorrectly ordered or they are no longer required, you're covered.

Conditions for Returns

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure the items are in the same condition as when you received them, including the original packaging and any free gifts or promotional items.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned items, we'll promptly reimburse you for the cost of the goods within 30 days.

Goods Not as Expected or Non-Delivery

If your items are damaged or missing items upon delivery please let us know within 3 days by contacting us by email or telephone.

If your items have not been received within 7 days of receipt of invoice or the notified date of despatch, please contact us by email or telephone.

Damaged or Defective Goods Received

If the Goods are damaged or defective, the Customer shall notify the Company within three working days of delivery. The Company may at its discretion either:

Offer to replace or repair any Goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or

Cancel the contract (or the part of the contract affected) and refund to the Customer the amount paid for the Goods in question.

Payment Obligation

If you don't report any issues within the specified time-frame, we'll assume that everything is in order, and you'll be required to pay for the goods accordingly.

Return Authorization

Before returning any goods, please get in touch with us first. Goods returned without our consent won't be accepted for credit. We might also need to charge a handling fee depending on the circumstances.

Variation Requests

If you want to make changes to your order, such as altering the quantity or specifications of the goods, we'll do our best to accommodate you. However, any changes should keep the total contract price within 20% of the original amount. We may need to discuss any variations exceeding this limit.

Written Requests

Please make sure all requests for changes are made in writing. If we haven't agreed on the price for the changes before starting the work, we'll base it on our contract prices, adjusting for inflation and any increased costs.

Agreed Variations

If we agree to any changes you've requested, we'll adjust the delivery and completion dates accordingly.
