Cooksafe PGCS003 Ventilation & Gas Proving System
Cooksafe PGCS003 is a gas pressure and ventilation proving system for compliance with BS 6173 and IGEM/UP/19, for use in commercial kitchens.
Features a control panel with removable key switch emergency cut-off, LED status indicators and connections for gas safety shut-off valve, also a pressure transmitter to constantly monitor for low gas pressure and a fan pressure switch to monitor ventilation airflow.
Unit must be used with an BS EN 161/+A3 approved solenoid or electro-hydraulic gas safety shut-off valve.
