The GASM8 Quick Release Caterflex Hose - 3/4" x 1500mm is a high-quality commercial gas hose designed for use in catering appliances running on Natural Gas or LPG.
This hose is engineered to meet the specific requirements of gas-fired catering installations and ensures safe and flexible connections between appliances and the gas supply.
Constructed from corrugated stainless steel tubing, the hose is finished with a durable, non-wrinkle yellow PVC cover, making it highly resistant to wear and tear in busy kitchen environments.
It also features welded steel end fittings and a brass quick-release valved coupler, which automatically shuts off the gas when the hose is disconnected, enhancing safety during maintenance or appliance movement.
The hose has a 3/4" nominal bore and comes with BSP TM x BSP TF end connections. Supplied with a restraining kit for added safety, ensuring the appliance remains securely connected, even if accidentally moved.

GASM8 catering hoses are manufactured for use in installations of gas-fired catering appliances carried out in accordance with BS 6173. The British standard states that movable appliances shall be connected to the installation pipe by a corrugated metallic flexible connection complying with BS 669-2 and incorporating a self-sealing plug and socket.
